   Dunfermline ALFC AGM Season 2010

Wednesday 10th February 2010, 7:30pm, Wood Mill, Dunfermline

AGENDA

1)To receive the Report/update of the Chairperson on the mini season.

2)To receive the Report/update of the Secretary on the mini season.

3)To receive the Report/update of the Club Treasurer and approve the club accounts for the half year 2009/10.

4)To approve The Constitution of DALFC and any changes that are proposed. (Copies of the constitution can be found here http://www.dalfc.co.uk/docs/DALFC-CLUB-CONSTITUTION-current.doc and proposals for change submitted to the Chairperson (Jen 10) in writing)

5)To elect/re-elect officers of the club in accordance with the new constitution:

Chairperson

Secretary

Treasurer

Club Captain

Vice Club Captain

Fundraising and Social officer

Any additional posts as per new constitution.

Nominations for these posts can and should be made at the meeting.

6)To approve the subscriptions and fees for the 2010 season.

7)Any other business.

	Deposits for Manchester trip ( I need def numbers so i can fill in the form to send to book accomodation and also need the under 18s permission slips. And also t shirts for the trip too lol! Is that ok Jen? x
