   On Sunday 13th September 2009, myself & my friend Heather(H) are going to attempt to do a 51 mile charity cycle from Glasgow to Edinburgh as part of Pedal for Scotland 2009.

We are hoping to raise a good sum of money for the British Heart Foundation (BHF) - and raise awareness for the need for Blood Donors at the same time.

	We completed a 25 mile training cycle today so if I'm walking funny at training tomorrow you know why!!! 10x

	Thanks Ange, the 55 miles I did last week was on a nice smooth path nothing compared with the 612 miles we all did on Beaver Tour. Oh the beaver banter! 	Excellent work on the 65 mile cycle - you are so right - an absolute doddle compared to the 622miles we did on Beaver Tour. I stuck a fiver on you. Hope you don't get bum-blisters

	Trust me - There is no danger of me EVER saying anything about anyone younger then me being anywhere near to the knackers yard!! Visualisation!! It's the key to all bicycle success!! - Visualise yourself pedalling furiously across the finish line after 75 miles of gruelling cycle track!!
